When you join the KLLS network, here's how it works.
You will receive a text message from us when a homeowner in your area visits our website and asks for a bid on their lawncare (during business hours). That text message will include a description of the lawncare job, and will refer you to your email if pictures are included. One hour later, we compare your bid, and those of other lawn pros in the network, and send the lowest one to the homeowner. If they accept, your contact info is shared with the homeowner for them to reach out, and we alert you that you won.
When you win a job, we'll request a one-time network fee — $10 for smaller jobs, up to $30 for larger ones — due within 7 days or after completion of the job. All additional future work between you and the homeowner is your income.
At any time, you can remove yourself from the KLLS network by replying "stop" to any text message.
